Raw Milk Advocates Discuss Fraud At Rawesome

David Gumpert at The Complete Patient is covering the fraud allegations directed at Rawesome affiliates and how it impacts the “food rights” movement. David Michael Augenstein, editor of the Journal of Natural Food and Health also writes:

Food for Thought: Armed Raids at Rawesome and Healthy Family Farms

If you somehow missed this, this month’s armed raid was conducted by 10 federal, state and local agencies at the Rawesome private food club near LA, as well as a major supplier called Healthy Family Farms (HFF).

Rawesome/HFF could have been a clean case for a positive court opinion if “private clubs” and herdshares are a legitimate way to distribute raw milk. But Rawesome/HHF is muddied up with some important details that have gone unreported in all the blogging and internet buzz.

Yes, there are flies in the ointment.
